Robin Fahey Cameron's paintings are full of light, shadow and vibrant color
and speak of her obvious love of the landscape. Engrossed in art since childhood, Robin has a BA in Studio Art and a minor in Theater. She
worked as a costume designer and set designer for several years and also
as Creative Director for a San Francisco graphics company finally
concentrating on fine arts, especially landscape painting.
Throughout the years Ms. Cameron has exhibited in many one-woman,
juried and invitational shows. Her works appear in collections both
in the United States and abroad.
Robin now lives in Hawaii. She is listed in Marquis Who's Who in America

"I
am enchanted with the quality of light and the subtle yet rich variety of
colors of the landscape. The stark contrast of brilliant washes of
sunlight against pools or slashes of shadow and the complexity of forms layered upon
one another create rich abstractions that constantly fascinate me. The
hint of what lies beyond, the beckoning appeal of a path or road
disappearing into a thicket, all leave mysteries unrevealed that call to
me and draw me onward. When I
paint, I feel this same anticipation of imminent discoveries about to
unfold."
